Good -neighborly and intercoral relations – in the traditions of our TOS. The TOS regularly takes place in a holiday – a neighbor’s day, where representatives of different generations gather together and spend their free time with benefit – play sports, ride bicycles, arrange joint master classes to grow fruit and vegetable crops, etc.
Subbotniks are a mandatory project in our TOS in spring and autumn. During the period under consideration, 4 subbotniks were carried out and more than 50 kg of garbage from the territory were taken out.
August 2021. Project Street art festival Contour. Regional context ” – the first project winner of the Competition of the Presidential Grants Fund 2021 from the TOS Oktyabrskaya. The project implemented in the summer of 2021 in the form of a creative campaign brought new bright colors not only in the TOS “October” but also in the Cherdaklinsky district as a whole. As part of the project, with the cooperation of the creative space, the third place in the R.P. Cherdakly, a 10-day multi-format festival with various drawing master classes, painting with cylinders, etc., exhibitions, concerts, theatrical productions, which, besides everything else with professional Artists from Ulyanovsk in the Graffiti style were painted with the facade of the building of the recreation center of the R.P. Cherdakly and the building of the street toilet, on the shore of Lake Popovo, as well as 2 metal garages in Tosks of the R.P. Cherdakly. The total information coverage of the event amounted to more than 60 thousand people, while more than 150 people participated in the events of the festival in person.
September -October 2021 “Comfortable City Environment” – a subsidy of 50,000 rubles was received for the installation of additional lighting and elements of the playground in the TOS “Oktyabrskaya”
The TOS Oktyabrskaya was the first among the rural Tos of the Ulyanovsk Region, which included in 2021 in the register of social services providers.
Representatives of the TOS Oktyabrskaya took an active part in the intellectual tournament “What? Where? When? Among the teams of TOSS Ulyanovsk region.
In August 2021, the volleyball team of the Oktyabrskaya TOS won 1 place in the First District Vo -District Tournament among the TOS of the Cherdaklinsky district (August 2021)
September 2021-TOS Oktyabrskaya took first place in the district competition for the selection of NPOs to obtain subsidies for the implementation of socially significant projects. Festival of the lyrical song “On the twin side. Renaissance ”will be held in attracles during the celebration of the holiday of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary on October 14, 2021, thanks to the victory in this competition.
Positive changes in the lives of specific people and target groups that occurred as a result of the organization:
Before the appearance of the TOS October, residents practically did not believe that one could change their life and space around for the better. Now from marginals and “sofa critics” people are gradually turning into people with an active life position, ready to help to make their small homeland better and more beautiful. The TOS became lighter, the asphalt roads appeared throughout the TOS (rare in rural areas (private sector). Residents took an active part in many sociocultural events, which were not before the appearance of TOS.
It is also important that the activities of the October TOS, despite its short history, went beyond the borders of the TOS and extends its positive practices to the entire Cherdaklinsky district and the Ulyanovsk region. TOS initiatives support both at the local and regional and federal levels, which positively affects the lives of people of this territory.
